We create in our mind our own cages that confine us
We each create the reality that entraps us within the illusion we have made for ourselves. In order to escape the illusion we must come to embrace our actually reality by realizing what is rather than how we prefer things to be.
Illusions are quasi dreams made of dust that are capable of blowing away in an instant. While we must never cease to dream, we need to endeavour to perceive our true reality, for escapism is never the conclusion that will prevail. We must embrace our reality while continually molding or changing it to fit better into what we need or desire.
Our imaginations ability to create alternative realities is no match for a persistent current reality that won't go away. We can only escape our current reality by creating an alternative experience or changing the reality we are experiencing. Illusions will not change reality, only our perception of it. An illusion is difficult to maintain for an extended period of time, it will either fade and crumble or collapse all together without warning; we are never able to maintain an illusive reality over the long term. Our perception of reality if perverted will trap us within the illusion limiting and confining us like a trap of our own creation.
We each walk in the light that we create, if we are experiencing darkness this is because we have failed to create enough light in our life to light the way thereby fighting off darkness.
